Shipping policy

1. Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered in cooperation with courier companies including Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and GLS.

Currently, deliveries are carried out within United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are displayed during the checkout process.

In the case of promotional campaigns, free shipping may be available. Details are always provided in the terms and conditions of the respective promotion.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Order preparation and handover to the carrier usually takes 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery time by the carrier is typically 2–7 business days within the United Kingdom.
  • In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer will receive an email containing a tracking number that allows them to monitor the delivery status of the shipment.

5. Responsibility for Delivery

The Seller is responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to the Customer.

If the shipment is damaged during transport or lost, the Customer should contact our customer support team immediately.

6. Failed Delivery

If the order does not arrive within the expected time frame, the Seller will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If necessary, the product will be resent at the Seller’s expense or the Customer will receive a full refund.
