Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in our store within 30 calendar days without giving any reason. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.

2. Return Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by sending an email to: info@sportalab.com.

After receiving your request, we will send you detailed instructions regarding how to return the goods.

3. Return Deadline

The goods should be returned no later than within 30 days from the day you informed us about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

4. Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (up to the amount of the cheapest delivery option available in our store), within 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods or confirmation that they have been sent back. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

5. Return Costs

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, in the following cases:

- products made to order or clearly personalized,

- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. underwear, cosmetics),

- digital content supplied online.

7. Complaints and Defective Goods

If the goods are defective or damaged, you have the right to submit a complaint under statutory warranty rights (up to 2 years from the date of purchase). Please send complaints to: info@sportalab.com.
